About This Course
This course is one part of class in the Theological Education for Leadership (TEL) Learning Path offered by PSR. It is one quarter of the full course of the Introduction to Theological Education class. The class is structured into the introduction, the introduction of the Rhetorical Use of Text.
Learners will develop the ability to critically analyze a variety of texts, identifying key themes, rhetorical strategies, and historical references. They will learn to apply these insights to understand how texts construct meanings with different cultural, social, and political contexts.
This course aims to help learners to be able to apply these valuable skills to their lifetimes with an end that is contribution to discussions on equity and social change in a various community and global context.

Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate Theological Union, focusing on God as Father (Grace!) in Galatians (New Testament). EunHye's dissertation explores how Paul negotiates his authority within ancient Greco-Roman rhetorical norms.
