I would recommend this program to anyone looking to adaptively grow as a leader. It uses a holistic approach to focus not solely on issues that need tactical or strategic fixes, but also on the health and well-being of the leader.

It's a completely unique experience, and the opportunity to connect over multiple disciplines from multiple places was the highlight for me. It made it so rich, especially coming out of a year feeling so disconnected from others.

This course offered more than just the traditional learning experience, it provided us with a sense of community and practical tools that allowed us to implement our leadership skills in real life.

My attempts at leading movement in the education system have already been useful as I try and advocate for the groups that I do. I have referred back on the tools already to meaningfully build better systems.
