Welcome

Welcome to Contemplative Care, a course designed for rising faith leaders and mission-driven professionals seeking a more grounded and compassionate approach to leadership. In a culture that often glorifies the “toxic hustle,” it’s easy to burn out, lose focus, and disconnect from the deeper values that truly guide us. This course invites you to step away from the endless grind and embrace a more mindful, reflective way of leading—one that prioritizes presence, care, and inner well-being. Through case studies, reflective practices, and the creation of personalized tools, you’ll learn how to cultivate contemplative habits that nurture both your own soul and those you serve. By integrating these practices into your leadership, you’ll not only experience renewal and growth but also foster a more compassionate, healthy, and resilient community. Join us as we explore how contemplative care can transform your leadership, sustain your mission, and bring deeper meaning and impact to your work.
