Ritual opals a huge part in my spiritual life which Olay’s a huge part in my everyday life. I am autistic so with that focus my brain thrives on routine which is the foundation of ritual. My own spiritual journey is wrapped in ritual. I originate from a very liturgical Christianity where the worship services are designed around ritual. Ritual focusses my attention and I rely on it daily for grounding.
Being asked to use ritual in design sounds like it may be good for me. I always think in ritual including simple actions like brushing my teeth and in essence I believe activities like cooking is steeped in ritual. I love ritual.
